There are some inconsistencies regarding Trevor's birthdate:
1) Trevor's memorial in "Trevor's Body" states that his birthdate is 1968. This is the year this timeline uses as it seems most likely.
2) Stephanie rationalises flirting with Trevor, a much older man, by arguing that they were born in the same year. If Stephanie was 18 for her senior prom in 1987, her birthyear would be 1969, and thus, Trevor's birthyear would also be 1969. However, it is possible that Stephanie was born in 1968 and started school a year later or was held back a year at some stage, which is not unlikely given her attitude.
3) In "Whodunnit" Trevor mentions being 33 when he died, placing his birthdate in November 1967 at the latest.
