Loi Climat et Résilience: Adopted by the French National Assembly on May 4, 2021: End of the tax advantage of road diesel in 2030. Ban on diesel trucks by 2030. Introduction of an ecotax on heavy goods vehicles. Programmed increase in the number of LEZ in urban areas with more than 150k inhabitants. Measures have been tightened for cars: No more cars emitting more than 95 g CO2/km will be sold from 2030.
